Art Requirements

GREAT artwork creates GREAT products!  If “camera ready” artwork is available, please send it to your account representative.
Acceptable Formats (Camera Ready Art)
Vector Format - Digital art created with the drawing software listed below.  It is “resolution independent”. This means that it can be enlarged without affecting the quality of your imprint.

1. Corel Draw 12.0 or lower
2. Adobe Illustrator CS2 or lower
3. Adobe Acrobat .pdf files will work, depending on how the original art was created. Your account executive will consult with our in-house art department to assess your art files and determine whether they are formatted properly for our printing and decorating processes.

Unacceptable File Types:
Rastored Art:  is “resolution dependant”. When you change the size of the imprint, you changethe quality. Enlarging a rastored art file will create a fuzzier, less defined image.  Below are examples of restored art files:

• .jpg
• .gif
• .tiff
• .bmp
•  Word doc.
• .ppt (Power Point)
• .psd (Adobe Photoshop)
•  .qxd (Quark Express)
•  images from website
  
  *If unacceptable file types are the only files available, an additional artwork fee of $45.00 per hour is required.
  
  Before sending art files, please be sure to...
• Convert all text to outlines/curves/paths
• Make sure your images are 600 dpi (dots per inch) or 200% to size
• Make sure that the graphic or text uses standard Pantone colors or CMYK mixes.
• Ensure file size is no larger than 5MB for art that is sent via email
• Email art directly to your Account Representative
